Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before noon are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier and delivery is outside of our control.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required for all deliveries.

Our default shipping carrier is Loomis Express. Canada Post or Purolator may be used when necessary; however, additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders shipping to rural or remote areas may be subject to additional carrier surcharges. These charges are determined by the carrier and may be added or adjusted after the order is placed.

Tru Beauty reserves the right to adjust shipping charges or change the selected shipping method if it is deemed incorrect, incomplete, or invalid. Customers will be contacted for approval before any additional charges are processed.

Rural Alberta Shipping ($20 - $22.50)
Orders placed before noon ship the same day | 1–3 business days

In-Store Pick-Up (Free)
Edmonton location only. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pick-up.

Outside of Alberta ($25 - $40)
Timelines to be determined depending on destination.
